The Complete Interview List

1 - Tell us how your project(s) were started.

The Hangovers started with one too many drinks...and just got worse form there...hehe... in reality I was beatin a dead horse with my old band, whom I won't mention here, when I used to hang out all the time with Eddy Hell - who was a damn fine drummer, and I wanted to start something with him. Then I met Harry Karry (bassist extraordinaire) when he came in the shop to get tattooed. We got to talkin, and I said I knew a drummer... then we all said lets do dis, so we started drinkin heavily and hence: The Hangovers.

2 - What does music, in it's entirety, mean to you?

Music is part one of everything to me. It elates me, it saddens me, it angers me, it gladdens me, it fustrates me, it relieves me, it's in my blood like heroin... most of all it's my best friend... and it's always there when everyone and everything has let me down like usual...

3 - What does art, in it's entirety, mean to you?

Art is part two of everything to me. It elates me... etc. (see question 2). I live and breathe (not to mention pay rent and buy food, booze and drugs) through art and music, and I am very thankful for this....

4 - Who is your favorite author, and why?

Hunter S. Thompson, says it like it is muthafucka... and also Kurt Vonnegut, he also knows da truth and speaks it oh so hilariously. Also I like Sherman Alexie very much.

5 - As your best friend, describe yourself.

If I was my own best friend, I would need a 12 step recovery plan from myself.

6 - As your worst enemy, describe yourself.

If I was my own worst enemy, I'd probably be better off, but still might need that 12 step plan.

7 - If your persona were immortalized as a cartoon character, who would it be?

Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius.

8 - Do you think there are conspiracies against the "everyday person"?

Sheesh, probably just about everything is a conspiracy. How else could you explain pop culture? Somehow, the vast majority of people are convinced that things like reality television, Britney Spears, Sum 41, and McDonalds are... good?

9 - What do you do with your spare or free time?

Spare or free time???? What the hell is that???? I'm not sure I know what that is... but then again my main time is tattooing, drawing, painting, playing in, managing, writing songs for a punk rock band, chasin skirts and drinkin beer... it's all part of da job... so i'm not really complainin!!! (although every once in a while in a spare moment I may fill out a questionaire for a website [hehe]).

10 - Please give us your interpretation of "the meaning of life".

Holy shit, if I knew that I might be in a better place... like nirvana or somethin.
